The room was clean, and pool clean and quiet!

Beautiful Tampa Bay view. Positive: The location was great. Everyone was very friendly. The views were beautiful. We were close to a lot of things that we wanted to do. Loved the parking under the building. We never got wet when it rained. Negative: The bed was like sleeping on box Springs. I've been home for 2 days and I'm still kind of sore. The sofa in the living room that pulls out to a bed is not comfortable at all to sit on. The cushions have broke down enough that you sink down too far when you set on the couch. The sheets were also pretty worn. There's a crack in the shower wall that the repair that was done has failed. So there's a hole.

Overall, great location, good stay. Owner sent great information prior to the stay including local places to eat and or shop. Parking spaces were a little tight, but were fine for the vehicle I had. All parking seemed to be covered, which was nice.The bed was a bit harder than my liking, but may be suitable for others. The couch was a bit squeaky anytime you sat down or stood up. One of the decorative pillows was ripped open at the seams, but it made no impact to my stay. Hallway to the accommodations had a funky smell but that could be because of the humid ocean air and the hallway being carpet.
